We are currently recruiting to our experienced Simulator teaching team working across Merlin, Puma and Chinook Simulators.


This exciting opportunity available is to teach on our Chinook Simulator - one of the most versatile helicopters that can be operated from land bases or ships in a diverse range of environments.

With advanced technology you could be instrumental in training the future military pilots on this state-of-the-art aircraft working for a global company.


In exceptional circumstances, you may be required to:

  • Operate the IOS/TCC on an aircraft type for which you are not qualified,
  • Undertake CBT/CAI instruction in the Ground school to support.
  • Qualify as an Instrument Rating Examiner in order to conduct Instrument Rating Tests within the simulator environment on the aircraft types on which you're qualified.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • An exmilitary Central Flying School (CFS) accredited B1 Qualified Helicopter Instructor (QHI), with relevant role and preferably Chinook HC MK 6A experience.
  • Good leadership and teaching skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Good IT skills.

Please note:

  • Applicants must have the right to live and work in UK.
  • Applicants must be able to obtain or transfer Security Clearance which the Company sponsors (applicants must have lived continuously in the UK for the past 5 years in order to obtain security clearance) or currently holds NATO SC level Security Clearance that can be transferred from overseas to the UK.
