Principal Sustainability Consultant

This unique opportunity is perfect for a seasoned Sustainability Consultant eager to advance to Principal status. You'll be part of a team of experts focusing on building performance at a top sustainability consultancy.

**Role Responsibilities:**

  • Identify team development needs and implement training programs for accreditations and chartership.
  • Collaborate with the director to develop business plans for the planning and IES team.
  • Ensure compliance with planning requirements in all reports.
  • Lead major and intricate projects to successful, timely completion.

**The ideal candidate will have:**

  • A relevant degree in sustainability, engineering, or environmental science with significant experience in a relevant built environment role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Part L compliance and UK building regulations.
  • Proficiency in IES software for conducting overheating assessments.
  • Familiarity with Passivhaus, operational energy modeling processes, and whole life carbon assessments.
