Our range of professional services include the preparation of: - Property Inventories, Schedules of Condition, Check In's, Check Out's, Mid-Term Property Visits, Inventory Updates and Legionella Risk Assessments.

We use state of the art mobile software, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of Inventory provision.


Your day to day role will be to attend various properties across the Bristol & Somerset area, assessing their condition and creating detailed reports using our industry leading mobile software.

You will also at times act as a representative for various Clients, responsible for the collection/handover of keys to/from Landlords & Tenants.


We are looking for someone with the following qualities: - * Inventory experience or any experience within the property sector would be preferred but is not essential.

No experience is required as full training provided.

Monday - Friday 09:00AM - 6:00PM
