Driver & Loader - Home Based Domestic & Commercial Waste Collections & Clearance's.

Waste King Group is a specialist waste collections company established for over 16 years. Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit additional van drivers that hold a standard car license to be based from home.


You will be assigned a modern van that you will use and keep at your home address, fuels cards, uniform, and anything else needed to complete the role.

2-week training program is provided.

DUTIES

  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Driving, looking after, and keeping the vehicle clean
  • Lifting and loading different waste streams into one of our vehicles
  • Using one of our handheld PDA systems to receive jobs and complete worksheets
  • Keeping in contact with our office team and providing accurate information.
  • Flexibility start times and finish times may vary on a daytoday basis, although we aim to keep all jobs within core business hours.
  • Completing walkaround checks in a professional manner and raising defects when they arise

Requirements or Skills:

  • Have no major endorsements on your licence
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be versatile and willing to adapt to change
  • Have a safe place to store your company vehicle overnight
  • Saturday work on a rota (1 in 4)

Contract:
Full Time - Minimum 35 hours
