As WPP IT undergoes a significant modernization journey, your role in the WorkDay Services Team will be pivotal in leading the Workday Services Reporting team through expansion and deployment phases.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing the support and development of reports post go-live
  • Validating and testing reports to ensure they meet WPP standards
  • Collaborating with business partners to enhance existing reports and deliver new ones
  • Staying updated on new reporting features in WorkDay and industry trends
  • Leading a global team and planning strategic team expansions
  • Supporting the business in creating self-service reporting capabilities
  • Maintaining global standards while ensuring trustworthy data for business decisions
  • Promoting continuous improvement and rationalization of reports

What you'll need:

  • Extensive reporting experience with WorkDay HCM and FINS including dealing with requirements
  • Deep understanding of WorkDay, composite reports, and Discovery Boards
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage diverse teams
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving and creativity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism, credibility, and integrity
