Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Play Worker to join our team.

As a Play Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and play.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in early childhood education or childcare who are looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children.


Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and supervise children during playtime activities
  • Plan and organize ageappropriate games, crafts, and educational activities
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a positive and inclusive play environment
  • Manage behavior and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children under your care
  • Drive the implementation of daily routines and schedules

Skills:
Level 2/3 Childcare

Preferably First Aid Trained

Extended DBS

  • Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Ability to lead and manage groups of children effectively
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
  • Passion for working with children and promoting their development
Please note that all positions at our organization are paid, including internship positions.
