As a Cooking Production Operatives your role responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out instructions given by team manager and/or his deputy.
  • To manage steam ovens, cooker, blast chillers and smoker ovens inclusive.
  • To update and complete all CCP's (steam oven cooling, cooker cooling).
  • Check and monitor cooking graphs are correct and report to the technical manager and QA manager if there is any deviation to the set standards.
  • Work proactively with all other areas within the business to provide best possible service to production.
  • Ensure Technical control documentation is completed accurately and in real time.
  • Ensure physical disposal/isolation/quarantined items and complete all relevant documentation to be authorized by the Team Manager.
  • Ensure all products are scanned and booked correctly on FOPs to maintain full traceability.

To succeed as a Cooking Production Operative, we ask that you have the following experience/expertise:

  • Previous cooking knowledge (advantageous)
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Previous food production experience
  • Interpret data (Screen display)
