About the Pub

The Crown boasts a fantastic riverside location. The large beer garden backs onto the river Ouse giving it great potential as a destination for drinking and dining. Ideal for an experienced pub operator who can provide a traditional village pub offering real ale and good home-cooked food.

As you enter the pub you are welcomed into a foyer with split entrances into both bar areas. The front-facing bar is utilised primarily as the dining area, with easy access to the trade kitchen and benefitting from a cosy and traditional fireplace. The second bar area is a more traditional drinker’s space which houses a pool table, darts board and gaming and provides direct access to the beer garden and car park.

The large beer garden leads down to the River Ouse making this a great spot for customers to relax with a drink or bite to eat. With plenty of space to develop the garden space, this could be a fantastic draw for trade in the warmer months. There are currently several wooden picnic benches but with plenty of space for covers exceeding 100.
