Requirements:

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Experience of working within a Healthcare setting (Desirable)
  • Customer facing experience
  • Punctuality and organizational skill
  • Experience of CM2000 or similar would be desirable but full training will be provided if not

Responsibilities

  • Use the CM2000 system, as well as hardcopy of rotas to coordinate carers and service users
  • Cover calls as and when required
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Report any issues and complaints to the management team
  • Complete and maintain records of daily activities, observation and direct hours of service.
  • Ensure that the service being delivered is in accordance with Ace Care's policies, procedures and practices.
  • Carry out duties assigned by the manager
  • Attend induction, inhouse training sessions and staff meetings (as and when required)
