You will have strong attention to detail and be able to share new ideas and perspectives from a design point of view.

Most importantly, you will not be afraid to really push the boundaries creatively and visually through a mix of deliverables.

You should be familiar with brand and how to retain its integrity but at the same time making sure it's still dynamic and engaging to our audeince.

You will collaborate with other marketing functions to push development and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

This role is fast paced, varied and constantly evolving.

  • Explore and work within a variety of different formats and platforms to create global campaigns and content for events, launches and announcements
  • Generate the creative ideas and the campaign look and feel
  • Collaborate with other designers and creatives including external agency partners
  • Be aware of and respond to current design and culture
  • Contribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experience
  • Stay uptodate with industry development and tools
  • Build a productive and working relationship with other teams within the business to deliver projects
  • Maintain strong brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Solid experience as a Motion designer or similar role
  • Experience with video editing
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe creative suite
  • Strong aesthetic skills with graphic design principles knowledge
  • A love for learning new things and exploring new formats

'Nice to have' Skills and Experience:

  • Cinema 4D and Blender knowledge
  • Experience with photography and photoshop
  • Experience with sound design
