About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to join our Creative team at Costello Medical. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative motion graphics for our clients in the healthcare sector. Your primary focus will be on developing high-quality motion content, including animations, videos, and interactive visuals, to effectively communicate complex scientific information.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing motion graphics for various digital channels, including websites, social media, and presentations
  • Collaborating with project managers and designers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams on motion design principles and best practices
  • Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with internal teams and external clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline, such as Motion Design, Animation, Visual Effects, or Film
  • Extensive experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Proven experience creating animations and/or video editing for various digital channels
  • Familiarity with other programs in the Adobe Creative Cloud, such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Some professional experience within an agency or commercial setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high level of productivity and flexibility
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
