Reporting to the Regional SHEQ Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing an integrated management system framework covering all business aspects.
  • Leading Quality performance to meet agreed standards (KPIs) and providing insightful SHEQ monthly Management Information for effective performance.
  • Overseeing the collection, input, and validation of monthly SHEQ data into the SHEQ Reporting system.
  • Supervising the submission of monthly client data reports.
  • Creating and executing a continuous improvement plan for Quality performance, offering action recommendations within the Framework.
  • Instilling an understanding of Quality, its benefits, and company requirements in this regard.
  • Offering quality issue support to all Framework areas, including construction delivery, proposals, procurement, business services, and design.
  • Managing the resolution of findings and corrective actions.
  • Engaging with client's construction delivery teams to ensure defect and non-conformance closeouts.
  • Providing training (or ensuring a suitable program is developed and delivered) on quality issues and business processes.

About The Candidate: Skills/Experience

  • Ideally degree (or equivalent) qualified in engineering, quality, technology, or technical field. However, applications from those qualified vocationally or by experience are also encouraged.
  • Approved Internal or Lead Quality auditor (ISO 9001) course from an IRCA/CQI accredited company.
  • Familiar with Quality legislation.
  • Proficient in various software - Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, SharePoint, etc.
  • Applicants must possess a driving license and be open to regional travel.
