Lettings Consultant - Leeds - Up to £24,000 DOE


An ever-growing student lettings company with nationwide offices are continuing their expansion and are now looking for a Lettings Consultant.

The firms' vision is to provide industry-leading accommodation experiences for students and landlords across the country.

You will be joining an organisation where opportunities are constant, ambitions endless, and the pursuit of excellence fundamental.

What you'll be doing

  • As a Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of lettings prior to a tenancy commencing
  • Developing and maintaining great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors
  • Maintaining lettings compliance knowledge and conduct Right to Rent checks
  • Receiving and processing new enquiries from Tenants and Landlords
  • Advertising properties and proactively contacting the a database of potential Tenants
  • Registering applicants, arranging viewings, conducting viewings and providing feedback to Landlords
  • Negotiating offers between Landlords and Tenants
  • Assisting the Asset Management team during the busy changeover period
  • Assisting with marketing events

What you'll have

  • Experience in Lettings
  • Driving licence required and personal car preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in order to provide a highquality to service to all customers
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work on own initiative
  • Passionate about delivering a firstclass experience
