Telephony Voice Network Enginee r
As our new Network Engineer, you'll be supporting the Mitel Telephony platform used across the YBS organisation. You'll join a likeminded team that are currently working from home, but days on site are at our Bradford based Head Office for team meetings and to support major incidents through callout as required. This is a permanent full time position of 35 hours with a flexi arrangement.
About the role
Working within a small team of voice network engineers, this role is a varied and can be quite fast paced where no two days are the same. We manage 1st and 2nd line resolution to the telephony incidents and admin requests raised by our internal colleagues across the organisation.
Role duties include but not limited to =
• Daily management and support of the telephony applications for our main sites and branch network.
• Troubleshoot complex telephony problems across suppliers and departments using a logical and methodical approach.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of related projects and report on progress to Network Services Lead.
• Provide on-call support out of core business hours to provide continued system support.
• To ensure documentation meets the required standard and is kept centrally for all support services and systems.
About you

• Must be SME with good working knowledge of Mitel Telephony platform.
• Experience with Mitel Border Gateway, MiVoice Business, Mitel Contact Centre and Micollab preferred.
• Experience with other Telephony applications such as Redbox call recording, Calabrio Workforce Management, Eckoh IVR, Noetica Dialler would be advantageous
• An appreciation or experience with IP based Cisco networks , LANS, switches and structured cabling is always beneficial.
