Clinic/ Admin Assistant

We are a very busy non-obstetric ultrasound service provider for the NHS, based in Kings Hill & Sittingbourne.

It is essential that you drive, and have access to a car for this job._

The role available is for clinic/admin assistants, to act as a chaperone to assist the sonographer.


You will be responsible for prepping and cleaning the room each day and making sure you have everything ready and available to make the clinic run smoothly.

You will be based at Kings Hill but may be required to work in Sittingbourne.

You will also be required to work within the Admin team, creating patient profiles, scanning, uploading and booking appointments by telephone (all general office duties)

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience in this role, although training will be given.

You will be working in either Kings Hill or Sittingbourne.


The wage range is £7.50- £10.50 per hour, (dependant on experience) this is a part-time position of 16.5 hours per week ( 3 days), Main shift is Mon to Fri , we also work evenings and weekends on a rotational basis when required.

We are looking for an enthusiastic outgoing new member to join our friendly team.

Essential skills:

  • Computer literate
  • Good telephone manner
  • Able to be flexible with your hours and duties, evening and weekend work may be required.
  • Teamplayer
  • Willing to travel to Sittingbourne, (Mileage will be paid to Sittingbourne)
  • Driver with own car

Preferred but not essential:

  • Experience of working within the NHS in administration and or other healthcare settings
  • Knowledge of information Governance
