Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer with a flair for leadership. Your role involves leading design projects, guiding team members, and collaborating with clients to deliver exceptional visual solutions. You will handle tasks ranging from simple graphics to complex projects, managing deadlines efficiently and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Lead design projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs
  • Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budget constraints
  • Work collaboratively with team members and freelancers
  • Participate in client briefings and effectively communicate design concepts
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the creative vision and excellence of the company
  • Be flexible with working hours to accommodate project needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design projects ensuring high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design needs
  • Manage well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ensure consistency across all design deliverables

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years' graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio in print and digital design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with typography, layout, and composition
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Able to manage project admin efficiently
  • Have a great sense of humor
