Assistant Aftersales Manager

Hours:
Monday - Friday (8-6), Saturday mornings on a rota

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a dynamic team at our client's site in Battersea. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a stable, long-term position in a high-performing environment.

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Aftersales Manager for our client's main dealer site in the Battersea area. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established main dealer site representing a reputable brand.

Candidates aiming to progress from Senior Service Advisor roles are also encouraged to apply.

Role of Aftersales Manager:

As an Aftersales Manager, you will oversee a busy and professional department, responsible for managing various aspects including Workshop operations, technician management to optimize productivity, ensuring Service Advisors deliver excellent customer service, meeting upselling targets, and monitoring budget and KPIs.

You will collaborate with senior management to achieve key objectives and strategies, continuously striving for departmental improvement and surpassing targets. We are seeking a customer-focused individual who can lead the team effectively and take ownership of the department.

This position is within a bustling department known for its strong local reputation.


Requirements for Aftersales Manager:
  • Prior experience in a large site with a prestigious brand
  • Demonstrable track record of successful Aftersales Management
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Main Dealerships
  • Proficiency in systems like Kerridge, Pinnacle, and 1 Link is advantageous
