Global QA Claims Governance and Controls Consultant

The Global Claims Quality Assurance team is here to assist Claims functions by providing support and expertise in all claims related activities. In this role, you will be part of the Global QA Claims Governance and Controls Team, overseeing the Global Claims Governance & Risk Control Framework. Your main responsibilities include:
- Assisting with maintenance of the Internal Claims Controls Programme (ICP)
- Ensuring transparency and adherence to company, regulatory, and group standards in claims' authority process
- Delivering and training on the Global Claims Handling Principles document to meet Group and regulatory standards
- Maintaining and submitting the Claims Quarterly Operational Risk (OPERA) return to the Risk, Validation, and Governance team
- Tracking and reporting on Claims Internal Audit related action points to the Claims Leadership Team
- Contributing to the QA Global Claims Quarterly dashboard for key stakeholders
- Performing other duties as reasonably required by the Company
Requirements for this role include:
- A strong background in insurance claims/Insurance controls
- Bachelor's degree or insurance industry designation is a plus
- Ability to provide independent opinions and challenge effectively
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI
- Additional language skills are advantageous
