To have an interest in the motor trade and in particular classic cars and Ferraris in order to support the smooth running of workshop administration, customer engagement and parts procurement.


To carry out administrative tasks to support the Service Manager and Parts Manager and the smooth running of work carried out within the business.

This will include but is not limited to,

  • Ensuring cars booked in to the business are added to the business tracking system
  • Ensuring T&Cs are signed and returned from each customer
  • Providing technicians with job lists
  • Make arrangements for MOTs and booking of other services
  • Maintaining accurate records of hours worked on each job
  • Manage the DOC figures and discuss progress with the Service Manager
  • Preparing invoice packs with timesheets and parts relevant to each car
  • Produce invoices as required
  • Process payments as required
  • Send service reminders in order to support generating work
  • Supporting the procurement of parts in order for work to be carried out
  • Communicating with customers as required
To produce accurate information in an efficient manner.

To demonstrate a high level of consideration to customers and to respect customer confidentiality.

To be proactive and part of an award-winning team.

To take responsibility for working in a safe manner and represent the best interest of the company at all times.
