As a Kitchen team member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of starters, mains, and desserts according to established recipes and brand standards.
  • Operate the carvery efficiently, ensuring that meat is carved to perfection and presented attractively.
  • Input waste data accurately into our stock system to maintain stock control and minimise food waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations, completing necessary due diligence paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, following proper cleaning and company procedures.
  • Assist in food preparation, including cutting, chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team, communicating effectively and contributing to a harmonious working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role, preferably with experience in carvery.
  • Solid understanding of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.


We offer a competitive rate of pay at £12.25 per hour, along with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
