Training and Awareness:
Develop and deliver training programs and awareness campaigns to educate employees about ES&G issues, policies, and practices. Foster a culture of responsibility, accountability, and sustainability throughout the company.

Innovation and Best Practices:
Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in ES&G management. Identify opportunities for innovation and lead the implementation of initiatives to enhance the company's competitive advantage and reputation.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HSE, Operations, People & Development, Commercial, Procurement, Engineering, Technical, NPD, IT and Finance, to integrate ES&G considerations into their respective areas.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote transparency, trust, and credibility.

Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).Experience· Strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance issues, regulations, and best practices.· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.· Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.· Proven track record of driving change and delivering measurable results.· Experience in stakeholder engagement, reporting, and assurance processes.· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.· Passionate about sustainability, social responsibility, and making a positive impact.
