The Role:


We have a wonderful opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join the Crown ASL family and our expanding team based in Washington on a 4-month full time, temporary contract.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting in to the Managing Director
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Preparing supplier payments for approval and sending remittances
  • Processing monthly employee expense claims'
  • Processing payroll
  • Preparing and sending customer invoices and statements in a timely manner
  • Ensuring timely credit control procedures are used to limit the risk of bad debt
  • Processing the bank reconciliation, creating journals/ entries for activity as required
  • Assisting with the completion of monthend reconciliations as part of monthend procedures
  • Assisting with the preparation and review of monthly management accounts
  • Assisting with preparing and creating MI reports in a timely manner ahead of Monthly Management Meetings

Skills and Experience:

  • A Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with SAGE accounting system.
  • Have an eye for detail and excellent customer service.
