As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our patrons, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties:

  • Greet customers and take drink orders promptly
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required
  • Guesting and check in procedure for residential customers

Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
