Receptionist (Maternity Cover)
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Receptionist to join a reputable organization located in Newtownards.
- Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract
- Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 4.30pm
Fridays: 8.30am - 3pm
Salary: £22,500
Job Purpose:
You will manage the reception desk efficiently, handle multiple tasks, and deliver excellent customer service.
Essential Criteria:
- 2 years of experience in busy reception management and phone systems
- Proficient in IT, especially Microsoft Office
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering internal and external calls using the phone system
- Managing mail, deliveries, and schedules
- Booking appointments and meeting rooms
- Handling stationary orders and supplies
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring security protocols
