  • Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding
  • Utilise medical terminology appropriately
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for case management
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients

Experience:

  • Previous experience in senior care or nursing role is essential
  • Proficiency in behaviour management techniques
  • Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans
  • Knowledge of dementia care best practices
  • Experience in complex care or challenging behaviour
