Senior Internal Auditor Opportunity

Hanami International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Auditor to join our team. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Deliver the Internal Audit Plan: Collaborate with the Group Head of Audit to design and implement an effective internal audit plan that meets the needs of the organization.
  2. Conduct Risk Assessments and Audits: Conduct thorough risk assessments and lead internal audits to ensure the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
  3. Lead Operational Leadership Teams: Coordinate with operational leadership teams to manage the activities of auditors and ensure the successful delivery of audits.
  4. Present Findings and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior management and agree on proposed actions.
  5. Share Best Practices: Share learnings and best practices with fellow auditors and across the business.
  6. Follow-up on Outstanding Issues: Ensure that outstanding internal audit issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  7. Champion Good Governance: Champion good governance, internal control, and risk management practices throughout the organization.
