The Kilberry Inn is looking to recruit a front of house staff member to manage the front of house and coordinate the waiting team.

Some previous experience coordinating front of house needed.

Start date:
Immediately

Salary:
£14 / hour + equal share of tronc

Duration:
Seasonal (March - October)

Hours: 40 hours / week (2 hours for breakfast service, 6 hours for dinner service)

Days: 5 days a week (Tuesday - Saturday)

Holidays:
Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:
Breakfast 10 / Dinner 20-30

About:
A small, traditional country Inn set in a rural hamlet on the west coast. Cuisine is fine dining with a focus on local produce and classical dishes.

Accomodation:

Free - Static home with Bathroom, Kitchen and Living Room located in a peaceful and quiet area of the grounds.
