**Role Overview**:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our esteemed restaurant. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, and upholding the unique charm of our castle dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including service execution, staff coordination, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, ensuring they are trained to deliver exceptional service and adhere to established protocols.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and assist in procurement to maintain adequate supplies for daily operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues effectively.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary dining environment at all times.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-end restaurant environment, preferably with knowledge of rosette standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
