Winchester/Field based £28-£30k (DOE)


An excellent opportunity to join a well-known global business and support the franchisees to ensure that brand integrity is always maintained.

You will be innovative, dynamic and someone who can see the bigger picture to maximise on the success of the business and franchises.

This role is a field based role so you will need a driving license and be prepared to be on the road most of the time.


The Role

  • Provide assistance to new franchisees during all phases.
  • Attend new store openings.
  • Provide weekly reports on each allocated store, provide important updates as well as sales information.
  • Complete special projects designed to improved store level or company operations.
  • Act at a liaison between franchisees and all levels throughout the company
  • Assist stores with the creation and execution of local marketing ideas and plans.
  • Attend and fully participate in regular operational meetings.
  • Evaluate Site suitability and evaluations.

The Person

  • Ideally you will have Management experience within the hospitality industry or equivalent.
  • Someone who is a selfstarter, professional and passionate about delivering on and exceeding expectations.
  • Someone who is selfmotivated and determined will do well in this role.
  • Exceptional time management, organisational skills and efficiency are essential.
The company offer fantastic training and really look after their staff's development. There is lots of scope and support to really forge a fantastic long-term career with this company.

The core hours for the role are Monday to Friday 9.00 AM until 5.30 PM. You will be expected to visit the Winchester office monthly. A company car is provided.
