Could you provide Technical Leadership within our Engineering team, working with variation, uncertainty and at a pace with interesting businesses in the likes of the Medical, Aerospace and Agritech industries?
We help businesses make progress by designing and building Strategic Machines.

We are building our team and so are looking for another Technical Leader keen to develop our design engineers as we grow.

This is a technical leadership role with responsibility for ensuring all products that Tharsus manufacture have the appropriate level of Mechanical innovation and engineering control in their inception
A core element of this is the demonstration of "appropriate practices" for design and engineering, and coaching and monitoring of the engineering team to ensure high standards are adopted and maintained
Provide authority to the delivery of "brilliant" solutions for commercially successful products by being diligent, yet creative, product and process focused
Working collaboratively with the Solutions Architecture, Sales and Project Management functions
Significant and demonstrable experience of operating in a diverse range of industries/sectors leading work across electrical and control disciplines
A strong degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
