We are recruiting a minimum of 2 full-time or 4 part-time
Home Care Assistant to provide care and support to people living in
Croxteth & Norris Green (L12).


If you are the kind of person that can make people smile while visiting them in their home, then a
Home Care Assistant with Be Caring could be the right fit for you.

You do not need a degree or care qualifications to be a
Home Care Assistant, but you will need the right values.

Each day is varied, and you will need to have a can-do attitude.

Pay:
£11.50 p/hr (drivers)

  • Mileage 40p per mile for drivers / 15p per mile for cyclists
  • Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £250 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.
As a
Community Care Worker for
Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which include early starts, late evenings and weekend working:

  • Early shift: 7:00am
  • 3:00pm
  • Late shift: 3:00pm 10:30pm
As a
Home Care Assistant for
Be Caring, we will agree your working pattern, setting 2-week rota which includes:

  • Alternate full weekends.
  • Evenings as agreed within your working hours.

You may already have many of the skills needed to make an excellent Home Care Assistant

Be Caring, patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are all essential qualities for this role.

As a
Community Care Worker working within
Croxteth and Norris Green, you will:

  • Provide personal care that protects people's dignity.
  • Promote independence using enabling approaches.
  • Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
  • Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services.
  • Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
  • Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.

Induction Training
We are looking for people with
Be Caring values to join our team.

For this role you do not need care experience, we recognise you will have many transferable skills from previous roles, for example as a shop assistant.

We will provide you with the training you need to be an outstanding
Home Care Assistant.
**As a Home Care Assistant for
