The Role :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who specialises in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully implementing UKG solutions, particularly UKG Workforce Dimensions (UKG Pro WFM) & Workforce Central, and is adept at navigating the complexities of large-scale project management.
Lead UKG-related projects from conception to completion.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
Manage project scopes, timelines, and resources effectively.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
Work on exciting projects that shape the future of data solutions.
