Senior Project Engineer Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading manufacturing business in the FMCG sector to fill a Senior Project Engineer position. This role involves leading capital expenditure projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in CAPEX delivery, lean tools, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement improved manufacturing lines
  • Manage CAPEX delivery from cradle to grave, including budgeting and risk management
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety guidelines and communicate risks to stakeholders
  • Manage internal and external resources to complete projects on time and budget
  • Utilize lean tools to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
Requirements:
  • Engineering qualification, degree level or equivalent
  • CAPEX experience
  • Engineering experience in an FMCG environment (desirable)
  • Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously, including new machinery and production lines
  • Lean/Continuous Improvement experience in a challenging manufacturing site
