- Fulltime, permanent position
- Salary: £23,240 + company bonus scheme
- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00 (1 in 5 weeks will be 08:00 to 18:00)

Roles and responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and log breakdown calls accurately.
- Ensure all jobs logged receive an ETA.
- Provide accurate and valid information to the customer.
- Liaise with mobile fitters and thirdparty engineers to minimise site delays.
- Liaise with customers, depots, mobile fitters, and 3rd party suppliers.
- Escalating any issues to the Escalations Manager
- Investigate and resolve any customer queries.
Key qualities and experience:
- Good spoken and written English (minimum Grade C GCSE English Language is required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisation skills.
- Use of MS Excel and Office is essential.
- Ability to work to the highest level under pressure and manage own workload.
- Previous officebased customer service experience essential
- Prior knowledge of a plant hire industry is desirable.
