As Client Special Order and After Sales Manager, you will manage and proactively lead all client orders and after-sales care.

This role will support the Sales Team, Production Department, Workshop, and Design in delivering clients orders that meet the high standard of JMc.

Managing the production of all client orders from the sales and design teams, including client's own repurpose, true bespoke, special orders, repairs, aftersales, bespoke heirloom boxes, and valuations.

Being responsible for the co-ordination and continuous communication with the sales and design teams, ensuring goods are completed in a timely manner, and meeting the clients' expectations.

Being the main point of contact for enquiries relating to client orders from the sales team.
Entering all routings, purchase orders, item descriptions, images, designs, and stone report document provided, into the system.

Managing and monitoring client's quotes, by creating simulated production orders, including the BOM and routing on the system, to be reviewed and approved by the head of department.

Maintaining timelines and control on all client projects.
Being responsible for stone testing, and correctly filling results on the system.

Managing Client Repairs and After sales in the same manner, with keen co-ordination and communication as Bespoke and special orders on the system.

Responsible for monthly reporting on all client special order and after sales KPI's
Previous jewellery production experience required.
