Working within a small and friendly Administration Department for the Repairs and Service Teams,you will be required to provide a professional and efficient administration function with duties such as invoicing and reporting service. This roleis critical in providing the high levels of service customers expect and in maximising the efficiency of service resources.
**Tasks

-**:

  • Sales Order and Works Order creation.
  • Informing customers of the status of their repair.
  • Quoting and invoicing the repair once completed.
  • Liaising with engineering, production and shipping to ensure efficient turnaround.
  • Invoicing of Service Jobs, Service Contracts, Refurbishment and Upgrades, Rental training.
  • Processing of orders and reporting as required.
  • Processing of Service Works Orders and reporting as required.
  • Raising of service credits and reinvoices, liaising with the Accounts Department and reporting as required.
  • Provide Financial reports for the service departments as required by the business, typically weekly and monthly.
  • Provide operational reports for the service department as required by the business, typically weekly and monthly
  • You will be required to cover for other key personnel as required by the need of the business
  • To comply at all times with the companies processes and procedures at that time.

  • Good communication skills able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Very organised with the ability to multitask.
  • Capable of digesting and using technical information.
  • Selfstarting with a positive attitude.
  • Accurate excellent attention to detail.
