What You'll Do:

Be part of the

Bar Team:
Take on leadership responsibilities within the bar team, ensuring smooth operations, efficient service, and adherence to high standards.

Develop and showcase your bartending expertise.

Help the Bartender to have a full set up bar ready for amazing cocktails, beers, wines.

Deliver exceptional service and uphold quality standards.

Help maintain bar inventory and manage costs by controlling stock levels and minimizing the wastage.

Contribute to a positive and engaging atmosphere: Interact with guests, recommend drinks, and create a vibrant and memorable experience.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barback, with proven potential.

Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.

Exceptional creativity and passion for cocktail development.

Communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Confident and engaging personality, comfortable representing BAM in public settings.

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
