An appealing opportunity is available to join a thriving service delivery organization as an HR Administrator, situated in Winnersh, Berkshire. HPE Customer Delivery Services (CDS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise operating as a distinct legal entity.

The position plays a crucial role in the HR team for UK&I, reporting directly to the Head of HR and supporting the HR Business Partners for CDS. We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator with a determined, flexible, pragmatic, and energetic approach. Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, and clear communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle a variety of HR challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the HR database (Workday) and managing transactions through various systems
  • Coordinating with the Payroll Team and internal departments following HR procedures
  • Providing general administration support to the broader HR team
  • Administering and collaborating with the benefits provider for any benefits-related inquiries
  • Assisting with onboarding procedures for new employees, including paperwork and orientation
  • Creating and managing employee communications
  • Handling the administration of departures
  • Generating regular and customized reports
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings
  • First point of contact for general HR queries from staff and managers
  • Managing ongoing inquiries and interactions with external providers
  • Supporting the review and distribution of company communications

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR administration experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organization and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Practical, flexible, and proactive mindset
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in data entry and record-keeping within HR systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency
  • Familiarity with HR practices and functions

Desired Skills

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Experience using Workday
  • Proficient in SharePoint

This role is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with access to a flexible benefits package including private medical insurance, pension scheme, health cash plan, additional holiday purchase and sale, and free parking.
