Role Overview:

Join our OCTO HPE team and be part of the OpsRamp team, where you have the opportunity to be a part of the evolution in cloud computing. We are dedicated to creating a robust platform that caters to enterprise needs in a hybrid edge-to-cloud environment. Our platform empowers large enterprise IT teams and managed service providers to effectively manage their digital infrastructure, ensuring security, sustainability, and scalability.

Utilizing hybrid discovery, monitoring, event management, and automation powered by AI, we assist our clients in avoiding costly disruptions and enhancing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-to person for customers on product functionality and use cases
  • Guide customers in implementing OpsRamp products to achieve their business objectives
  • Develop a deep understanding of OpsRamp IT Operations Platform and its capabilities
  • Collaborate on technical design and architecture for each customer
  • Proactively identify and solve problems, escalating when necessary
  • Provide valuable insights to product management and engineering teams based on customer feedback
  • Conduct health checks and ensure customer success in the deployment lifecycle
  • Document client use cases and develop best practices for various scenarios
  • Maintain a strong technical grasp on customer use cases and align with OpsRamp capabilities
  • Liaise with product and engineering teams to address customer requirements promptly
  • Establish credibility with technical customer stakeholders
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives and best practices

Desired Skills:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Solution/Enterprise Architecture, consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong problem-solving and customer management skills
  • Ability to understand and document customer architectures and best practices
  • Empathy and effective communication across teams
  • Quick adaptation to new technologies and solutions
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for technology
  • Collaborative and fun team player

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in IT management fields
  • 5+ years in senior customer-facing roles
  • Expertise in Observability, Process Automation, Patching, AIOps
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure management and automation
  • Familiarity with cloud-native design patterns and web-scale architectures
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and provide outstanding customer service
