Trainer required on a part time basis working 3 days per week for a leading public sector organisation based in Gosforth.

This role is working 3 days per week and offers plenty of flexibility.

Experience required for the role:

  • Experience of the design, delivery and evaluation of people management policies
  • Proven experience in designing multiple training events
  • Extensive knowledge ofinstructional design theory and learning principles
  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management software
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Sound decision making and organisational skills
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
  • BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
The role is paying circa £30,000 for 3 days per week (22.5 hours per week).
