Our client, a professional services company based in Watford, is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Learning & Development Administrator to become part of their team.



About the Role:
-• Reporting to the L&D Manager, responsibilities will include:
  • Liaising with training providers to arrange specialized courses at competitive rates and handling all related administrative tasks, such as updating training bookings in Excel.
  • Organizing and sending out calendar invites for training programs and webinars, as well as sourcing venue details.
  • Managing Continued Professional Development training records for all employees using the internal database.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date log of the company's training initiatives.
  • Compiling quarterly CPD reports.
  • Managing online mandatory training assessments, ensuring completion by staff members and team leaders.
  • Recording exam outcomes.
  • Tracking and updating Professional Qualifications.
  • Keeping the training tracking spreadsheet current.
  • Preparing training rooms and coordinating logistics, including organizing meals.
  • Overseeing the student/apprentice recruitment process from advertising on the website to engaging with potential candidates and facilitating onboarding.
  • Assisting with employee inductions.
  • Handling monthly reports on student feedback.
  • Maintaining credit card spreadsheets and ensuring receipts are submitted to finance as needed.
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings.
  • Supporting the documentation process for review visits.
  • Participating in communication and administrative tasks during the Appraisal season.
  • Conducting regular reviews of file records to ensure compliance with GDPR standards for retention or secure disposal.
  • Performing general scanning, filing, and routine administrative duties.
