Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring strategies.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverages data for reporting and shaping hiring decisions, ensuring the preservation of data integrity.
About You:
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role, ideally within the technology or data centre sector.
- Experience in sourcing in EMEA & APAC regions.
- Extensive sourcing experience within an agency or inhouse recruiting team.
- Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers.
