Skilled Arable Machinery Operator _will require someone who can take responsibility for a variety of arable tasks to provide excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will include:
operating trailed sprayers, trailer work, irrigation, excavator, cultivation and loader work.
Tractor Operations
- Safely operate tractors and attached implements for various agricultural tasks including ploughing and spraying.
- Conduct preoperational checks and routine maintenance on tractors and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Assist in crop planting and cultivation, adhering to best agricultural practices.
- Collaborate with the farming team to plan and execute field operations effectively.
Essential Qualifications / Traits:
- Valid Driving License.

- Proven experience as Tractor Operator.
- Familiarity with GPSguided machinery and precision farming technologies.
- Experience in agricultural practices and crop management.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, especially during peak farming seasons.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on precision and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition, capable of working in various weather conditions.
