The Role
We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Support Coordinator to join our team at ISS.

As our Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all financial, administrative, reporting, and coordination elements are carried out to the highest standard.


You will be responsible for providing support and reference to both the customer and the ISS Account Team, ensuring that all contractual KPIs/SLAs are met or exceeded.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering service excellence to our clients and stakeholders.


You will work closely with our ISS team and subcontractors to ensure that all service elements are delivered to the highest standard.

You will have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and build strong relationships with our clients, suppliers, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of customer contact for operational escalations and general queries
  • Be the primary point of contact for the ISS Client Engagement Team, including monitoring and reporting on achievement of relevant KPIs
  • Management of customer equipment process to include continuous improvement of process
  • Provide weekly and monthly customer MI reporting
  • To monitor and work with KAN to achieve required KPI for completion of standards audit programme
  • Any other required work to support the overall performance/benefit of the contract

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience of contract support/administration
  • Experience of management reporting
  • Experienced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Resilient and bounces back from setbacks
