Administrator / Coordinator

Based in Central Edinburgh

Full-time permanent position, Monday-Friday

£24k annually plus holiday pay

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a company based in Central Edinburgh to recruit a Business Support Administrator / Coordinator to schedule works for clients.

This position will be well-suited to a professional and motivated individualwith prior experience within an administrative/coordinator role.

Duties involve in this role will include:

  • Scheduling jobs with clients
  • Planning engineers working diaries
  • Processing subcontractor invoices
  • Updating client portals
  • Answering calls and queries from engineers and clients
  • Various administration tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work on owns initiative or as part of a team
  • Professional and personable demeanour
  • Prior experience coordinating a service or contractors is desirable but not essential
