Can you work a variety of flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and want to be recognised and feel valued for your hard work and dedication?

We are looking for commitment to your clients in the following working hours:

Part time hours - 7am-2pm 4 x days midweek and every other weekend

5pm - 10pm 4 x evenings a week and every other weekend

Full time hours - 2 x long days per week, 2 x short days and every other weekend.

We are flexible around family commitments and we care about our staff, we send our rotas every 2 weeks in order for our carers to plan, we would never add to the rota without asking.

We do not believe that care can be delivered in less than an hour therefore, all of our calls are an hour or more in order for our carers to build a bond with clients and to fulfil our promise to our clients of continuity of care.

Job Description:


To provide CQC rated OUTSTANDING care to our clients, provide emotional, physical support, personal care and ensuring that we are adaptable to their basic needs.


As a care professional we are responsible for the wellbeing of our clients and to keep them out of Hospital in the current climate.


Qualifications:


We do not need qualifications as we will help you to learn and improve your skill set with amazing induction training, NVQ's, QCF's, City & Guilds assured End of Life and Dementia courses.

All we ask for is a kind heart, a good work ethic and a want to make a difference.
