• The applicant must have previous experience of working in a taxi office. You will need a a logical/level headed approach and good customer service and communication skills,.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility for covering additional shifts during annual leave and sickness to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.

• Efficiently dispatch taxis to designated locations based on customer requests, taking into account driver availability, proximity, and estimated travel times.
• Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to remain calm and composed while handling customer enquiries or complaints.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with drivers and passengers to ensure timely and accurate pickups and dropoffs, resolving any potential issues or discrepancies.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company products, services, and policies
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with callers, visitors, and colleagues
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using office equipment such as telephones, printers, computers.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate message taking and information dissemination
