What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance tasks at the Elmbridge Contract sites, including Xcel Leisure Complex, Xcel Sports Hub, and the Hurst Pool. Your work will be dynamic and diverse, involving planning and executing maintenance schedules, overseeing contractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your primary goal will be to uphold a high standard of service, comfort, and safety for all centre users, working closely with the Technical team to keep all equipment in top condition.

To excel in this role, you'll need experience in a maintenance position, ideally backed by a relevant trade qualification. Knowledge of health and safety protocols, especially in public areas, is essential, and holding a Pool Plant Operator's Certificate would be advantageous. Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll be coordinating with external contractors and showcasing excellent customer service during interactions.

Your commitment to professional development is valued, and you will be expected to obtain the National Pool Plant Operator Certificate within three months of starting (if not already certified).
