Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee food preparation and cooking activities in the kitchen
• Create and develop new special food items in collaboration with the management team
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Assist in meal preparation during busy periods

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage kitchen staff
• Excellent organisational skills to coordinate kitchen operations efficiently

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
£8.60-£15.00 per hour
