Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee food preparation and cooking activities in the kitchen
- Create and develop new special food items in collaboration with the management team
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist in meal preparation during busy periods

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Head Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage kitchen staff
- Excellent organisational skills to coordinate kitchen operations efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£15.00 per hour

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
